The Bellingham Police Department provides fingerprinting services for concealed pistol license applications only.
Bellingham PD has partnered with Permitium to move the application process online. Fingerprinting services for concealed pistol license applications are by appointment only and are scheduled through Permitium.

Other Applications
All other applications are available by request at the front desk of the Bellingham Police Station, 505 Grand Ave Bellingham WA 98225. Please call (360) 778-8800 for current operating hours and for any questions you may have.
For a Solicitor License, a Firearm Dealer License Application, or a Firearm Dealer Employee Application, all requests are processed by appointment only. Please make your request by emailing: BPDFingerprints@cob.org
You will need to bring current photo identification to all appointments along with the appropriate completed application. Firearms Dealer License Applicants will also need to bring a copy of your Federal Firearms License, and a copy of your Washington State Masters Business License with the UBI number.
Currents fees are listed below and will be collected at the appointment. We accept cash, credit cards, a local personal check, and money orders or cashier’s checks made out to BPD or Bellingham Police Department.
