Agencies that provide emergency shelter to homeless families and individuals during the winter months (October 1 - March 31).
Nonprofit agencies that provide housing services within the City of Bellingham are encouraged to apply for this funding.
Human and Social Services
Programs that are used to deliver human services to a minimum of 51% low- and very-low income individuals.
