Submitting Programs - Three Easy Steps

Step 1: Read these key materials carefully

Step 2:  Fill out and sign the submittal form

Make sure your program meets policy requirements and technical specifications.  Note that if the producer is a minor, a parent or legal guardian must sign the program submittal form.

Step 3: Bring the submittal form and your video to City Hall

Drop off your video and signed submittal form at Bellingham City Hall, 210 Lottie Street, between 9 am and 4:30 pm, Monday-Friday.

  • Drop off your video at the reception desk in the lobby of City Hall.
  • If the reception desk is unstaffed, take your video to the Mayor's Office.

You will be asked to provide proof of identification and residency, and a copy will be taken of the documents. A Driver's License showing a Bellingham address, Student ID with photo ID, Business License showing a business located in Bellingham, or some other combination of documents showing identification and Bellingham residency will be accepted.

Scheduling and media returns

Once your program has been processed and scheduled to air, you will be notified to return to City Hall to pick up your media.
