City Hall Food Truck Program

In 2017, the City of Bellingham partnered with the Washington State Food Truck Association to test several "on street" mobile food vending opportunities through a pilot program. The City is currently assessing the results of the pilot and will be establishing policies for food truck parking throughout the city.

This spring and summer, the area outside of City Hall at 210 Lottie Street will be reserved for food trucks Monday through Friday during our hours of operation, from 8am to 5pm. We are currently seeking vendors.

How to Participate

Interested food trucks or carts must submit the following:

Submit required documents to:

Permit Center
210 Lottie Street, Bellingham WA 98225
permits@cob.org / (360) 778-8300

Scheduling will be coordinated by Monea Kerr in the Mayor’s Office (mjkerr@cob.org/(360) 778-8000) on a first come, first served basis. Electrical access will be provided by the City. If you joined us for the pilot program, you may remember the limited electrical access, but we have since renovated our Flag Plaza and have installed a brand new 50 amp 208 volt 3 phase power outlet for your use.
