The Oct. 31 through Nov. 6 drop-off period should help those who are cleaning up tree debris from this month’s wind and rain storms. From 7:30 a.m. and 4 p.m. that Monday through Sunday, Cowden will be set up to receive yard waste such as branches and woody material.
