Description
Abstract 
                            Parking Enforcement Zones is a polygon featureclass which contains the City of Bellingham's Residential Parking Zones and the extent of Downtown Bellingham's parking meter area.
Purpose 
                            The purpose of the Parking Enforcement Zones data is to show the location of areas where parking restrictions/regulations may apply within the City of Bellingham city limits.
