The August 24, 2009 and September 14, 2009 Committee meeting minutes were submitted for approval.
BR/GK MOVED APPROVAL OF THE AUGUST 24, 2009 COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES. The motion carried 6-0-1, Stan Snapp abstained.
BR/GK MOVED APPROVAL OF THE SEPTEMBER 14, 2009 COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES. The motion carried 7-0.
2. OLD/NEW BUSINESS
Annexation Worksession
Barry Buchanan asked Council for clarification regarding its request for an annexation worksession at the August 24th Committee meeting. Staff requested direction as to what Council Members would like the worksession to cover. Discussion was postponed to the Regular Meeting.
The meeting was adjourned to Executive Session at 4:17 PM to hear the following items as corrected:
