Called To Order The meeting was called to order by Council President Barry Buchanan.

OTHER BUSINESS

President Barry Buchanan announced the addition of an Executive Session. He then adjourned the meeting to Executive session to discuss the following item:

The meeting was called back to order at 7:02 PM

President Barry Buchanan reported that direction was given to staff. No action was taken.
