2. APPROVAL OF CITY COUNCIL COMMITTEE AND/OR SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES
Council Committee meeting minutes from April 13th, 2009 were submitted for approval. Special meeting minutes from April 20th, 2009 were submitted for approval. GK/SS MOVED TO RECOMMEND APPROVAL. THE MOTION CARRIED 7-0.
3. OLD/NEW BUSINESS
Stan Snapp commented on the Waterfront Meeting that took place on April 20th and said that he would like to have had all the information the Council that staff had prior to the meeting. He questioned assertions made regarding state and federal pressure and stated that he did not understand the urgency.
Terry Bornemann extended an invitation for everyone to attend the Workers’ Memorial Day celebration tomorrow (4/28) on the Library lawn at noon.
The meeting was adjourned to Executive Session at 3:08 p.m. to hear the following items:
