AB20197 12. Army Street Memorandum of Agreement

ML/JW MOVED TO RECOMMEND APPROVAL AS AMENDED. The motion carried 4-2. CL, SS opposed. GK excused
The minutes of the November 18, Committee Meetings were submitted for approval. Mr. Weiss noted the recording of the vote for approval of the November 4th Committee Meeting Minutes was 5-1-0, CL abstained and GK excused. It should have been recorded as 5-0-1.
CL/TB MOVED APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES AS CORRECTED. The motion carried 6-0.

The minutes of the November 25th, Special Meeting for Executive Session and Budget Worksession were submitted for approval. Ms. Lehman explained that her vote on the motion related to funding for the Public Development Authority was incorrect and that her vote is against it. The vote tally is corrected from 5-1, SS opposed, GK excused, to 4-2, SS, CL opposed, GK excused.
CL/TB MOVED APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES AS CORRECTED. The motion carried 6-0.
