Old Business
Jack Weiss requested confirmation regarding construction of arterial roads in AB19860 (King Mountain rezone for Area 14A) which is on for 3rd & Final reading at the Regular Meeting. The Committee recommended, and the Council passed, a recommendation for the construction of arterial roads to include the underlined wording "medical offices and medical related uses are exempt from the commercial density limitations provided in the Orchard street extension is dedicated and constructed to arterial standards as a through road . . . ." This language had been provided by staff in the option A exhibit. He noted the recommendation that went to Council and was approved was to adopt the Planning Commission recommendation which did not include this language. Jeff Thomas agreed to update the full Council and amend the ordinance with that language.
