The minutes of the January 24, Special Meeting of the Lake Whatcom Reservoir and Natural Resources Committee were submitted for approval. BB/SF MOVED APPROVAL. The motion carried 4-0.

The minutes of the February 28, Committee Meetings were submitted for approval. GK/TB MOVED APPROVAL. The motion carried 7-0.

Barry Buchanan reviewed that he and Stan Snapp were appointed to participate in Whatcom County Fire Commissioners Association meetings of Regional Representatives regarding renegotiation of the Interlocal Agreement for Emergency Medical Services for Whatcom County. They have been participating in meetings discussing the future of EMS services and much of the discussion is focused on financial considerations. He reported that he will be bringing a motion forward at the Regular Meeting to create a temporary Ad Hoc Council Committee consisting of himself, Stan Snapp and Michael Lilliquist as Chair of the Finance and Personnel Committee.

Stan Snapp adjourned the meeting to Executive Session at 3:46 PM to hear the following items:
