TB/JW MOVED TO DIRECT STAFF TO ADD CBD/CITY CENTER MASTER PLAN TO THE RESOLUTION TO DOCKET COMP PLAN AMENDMENTS FOR REVIEW IN 2011 FOR COUNCIL CONSIDERATION AT THE REGULAR MEETING. The motion carried 7-0.

The Minutes of the January 22, 2011 City Council Retreat and the February 2, 2011 Special Meeting; and the minutes of the January 24, 2011 Committee Meeting were submitted for approval. GK/BB MOVED APPROVAL. The motion carried 7-0.


GP site building demolition

Terry Bornemann reported that the Port was looking into demolition permits for the Bleach Plant, Pulp Storage and Pulp Screening buildings. Mayor Pike explained there was a breakdown in communication and the City just learned of this. He spoke with the new Port Director, Charlie Sheldon, who apologized for the oversight. The Mayor stated this is the start of conversation about demolition, no permits have been issued.

The meeting was adjourned to Executive Session at 4:57 to hear the following item:
