The minutes of the October 24, 2011 committee meeting minutes were submitted for approval. GK/TB MOVED APPROVAL. The motion carried 7-0.


Mayor’s Arts Awards

Terry Bornemann announced the Mayor’s Arts Awards are coming up and noted that they honor local artists of all kinds. He called for people to nominate local artists. The applications are available on the City’s website.

Veteran’s Day Event

Barry Buchanan announced the annual Veteran’s Day Memorial event at City Hall beginning at 11:00 AM.

Noisy Fowl Ordinance

Terry Bornemann stated that he would be asking for the ordinance regulating penalties for unreasonable noisy domesticated fowl to be pulled from Third & Final Ordinance agenda for discussion before final voting.

At 4:17 PM Council President Stan Snapp adjourned the meeting to Executive Session to hear the following items:
