Council President Terry Bornemann presented options for dates for the retreat.

JW/GK MOVED TO SET THE DATE FOR SATURDAY, MAY 19TH, TENTATIVELY FOR 9:00 AM TO 3:00 PM. The motion carried 7-0.

At 3:06 PM Council President Terry Bornemann adjourned the meeting to Executive Session to hear the following items:
