The May 25, 2011, EMS Planning Committee Special Meeting were submitted for approval. BB/SS MOVED TO APPROVE THE MINUTES AS SUBMITTED. The motion carried 3-0.

The June 20, 2011, Lake Whatcom Reservoir and Natural Resources Committee Meeting Minutes were submitted for approval. SS/GK MOVED TO APPROVE THE MINUTES AS SUBMITTED. The motion carried 4-0.

The June 20, 2011, City Council Committee Meeting Minutes were submitted for approval. TB/GK MOVED TO APPROVE THE MINUTES AS SUBMITTED. The motion carried 6-0-1. SS abstained.

None.

President Stan Snapp adjourned the meeting to Executive Session at 2:50 PM to hear the following items.
