GK/CL MOVED TO ADOPT THE PLANNING COMMISSION FINDINGS OF FACT, CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS. The motion carried 6-0.

GK/CL MOVED TO RECOMMEND APPROVAL OF THE ORDINANCE AS SUBMITTED. The motion carried 6-0.

May 13, May 20, June 3. Gene Knutson noted that the May 13, minutes listed him as present when he was, in fact, excused that meeting.

CL/GK MOVED APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES AS CORRECTED. The motion carried 6-0.

Reconsideration of Resolution approving the 6-year TIP

Stan Snapp requested the Committee consider a motion to reconsider its approval of the 2014-2019 Transportation Improvement Plan in order to add a Project #22 Northshore Drive Non-Motorized Improvements (Britton Road to City limits).

GK/SS MOVED TO RECOMMEND RECONSIDERATION OF THE 2014-2019 TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM. MOTION CARRIED 4-2. TB, CL opposed.

GK/SS MOVED TO RECOMMEND INCLUSION OF PROJECT #22. Motion withdrawn.

At 3:47 PM , Council President Pro Tem, Michael Lilliquist, adjourned the meeting to Executive Session to hear the following:

Executive Session
Closed to the public. Report in the Regular Meeting only:

1. Potential Property Sale - (Kraham – Approx. 5 min.)

2. Potential Litigation: Claim No. 2012-17 - (Brady – Approx. 15 min.)

At 4:04 PM, Michael Lilliquist, announce the Executive Session would be extended to 4:15 PM.
