2. LITIGATION - Belleau Woods LLC v. City of Bellingham (Hoisington)

The Committee Meeting was called back to order at 2:25 PM.

COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE

AB19168 1. RECOMMENDATION AND REQUEST OF THE BELLINGHAM PUBLIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY [BPDA] TO AUTHORIZE A NEGOTIATED SALES PROCESS FOR THE BPDA-OWNED 1100 CORNWALL AVENUE PROPERTY

Presented by: Jim Long, BPDA Executive Director

GK/ML MOVED TO RECOMMEND APPROVAL. The motion carried 6-0.

The Committee meeting minutes for March 14, and March 28, were submitted for approval. The Special Meeting minutes of the March 24 meeting of the Emergency Medical Services Ad Hoc Committee were also submitted for approval.

GK/BB MOVED TO APPROVE ALL MINUTES AS SUBMITTED. The motion carried 6-0.
