PUBLIC MEETING

1. Consideration of a new automotive dealership located at 1100 Iowa Street. Project includes construction of an approximately 38,000 sq. ft. dealership building on a combined total of approximately 10 acres. The proposal includes dedication of Whatcom Creek frontage to the City in exchange for right of way vacation of unbuilt streets. Mr. Sid Nesbitt @360-380-1070, contact for Wilson Motors, applicant.
