PROJECT:
Installation of two new sewer pump-out stations at Squalicum Harbor; one each at Gates 8 and 9. The new sewer pump-out stations will each be placed on their own 10-foot by 8-foot float which will be attached to the existing pier / float structure. No new pilings are required for this project. A new 3-inch forced main will pump the waste from the float up to the City sewer mains located within Roeder Avenue and North Harbor Loop Drive.

: Gates 8 and 9 at the inner harbor of Squalicum Marina. Parcel # 380225 130445. CBD Neighborhood, Area 3, Waterfront Commercial. Urban Maritime Shoreline Designation.
