PUBLIC MEETING
1.
SHR2006-00001: A public meeting to consider a request for a Shoreline Permit for
conversion of a 35-acre former gravel mine and concrete plant to a community park in multiple phases. Phase 1 is the only phase within shoreline jurisdiction. It includes construction of a baseball field, demolition of existing site structures, grading, fencing, drainage, irrigation, and other infrastructure installation, construction of a public restroom, gravel walkways, parking, access drive improvements, stormwater management utilizing Low Impact Development techniques, and other site improvements.
