Replacement of two piers and associated floats totaling 2,760 square feet with two stub piers, aluminum gangways leading to float extensions, new lateral floats and a total of 21 new steel pilings. New piers, extension floats and laterals total approximately 3,300 square feet. This project also includes removal of approximately 1,200 square feet of dilapidated pier, over-water gazebo, and creosote pilings.

Construction of a 150 square foot addition to an existing one-story building on an already developed site. Project is located 160 feet from the OHWM of Whatcom Creek. Generally located at 1852 North State Street. Parcel # 380330-491345. Urban 1 Shoreline Designation. Area 6, Sunnyland Neighborhood, Light Industrial.
