PUBLIC MEETING

1. SHR2006-00002: A public meeting to consider a request for a Shoreline Conditional Use Permit for replacement and relocation of secondary sewer treatment outfill pipe at Post Point, 200 McKenzie Avenue (lengthy legal). The project is within 100’ of OHWM and waterward of OHWM of Bellingham Bay. This Shoreline Committee meeting is for the portion of the project within the 100 -- 200 feet of the OHWM. The applicant is the City of Bellingham Public Works Department; contact: Brian Dempsey. Zoned Public. Fairhaven Neighborhood, Areas 1, 10 and 15.
