APPROVAL OF MINUTES

PUBLIC MEETINGS:
    1. Intersection improvements at Central and Roeder Avenue. New signal poles, railroad crossing arms, bollards and one new catch basin / storm-filter. CBD Neighborhood, Area 14, Urban Maritime shoreline designation. Applicant is City of Bellingham Public Works Department.
    2. Intersection improvements along Ohio Street between the Interstate-5 off ramp and North State Street. New medians, one new signal pole and an accessory equipment control box. Sunnyland Neighborhood, Area 6, Urban I shoreline designation. Applicant is City of Bellingham Public Works Department.
    3. New pedestrian bridge over Whatcom Creek at Meador Avenue. New single-span bridge which is 9-feet wide and 75-feet long intended to complete a link between existing Whatcom Creek trail ends at Kansas Street and Ellis Street. Applicant is City of Bellingham Public Works Department.
