CALL TO ORDER
ROLL CALL:
Historic Preservation Commission Members: George Volker (Chair), Rod Burton, Dave Christensen, Marilyn Mastor, Sean Walbeck, Curt Carpenter, Sarah Campbell, Jim Talbot, and Geoff Stodola.
HISTORIC PRESERVATION COMMISSION HEARING:

The Bellingham Historic Preservation Commission has received an application to consider adding the building located at 200 N. Forest to the Local Historic Register. This building is located at the east corner of Forest and Palm. The site is legally described as BBLC’s 2nd Add to Bellingham, Blk 110, Lts 14-15. Assessor’s Parcel Number: 380236 415157. South Hill Neighborhood, single-family residential zoning. Applicant: Stephen P. Barrett, 224-1588. File Number LMK2008-00002.
The staff report will be available after May 20, 2007 at the Planning Department in City Hall, address above. Anyone wishing to comment in favor of or in objection to the proposal is invited to send written comments to the Planning Department.
