CALL TO ORDER

ROLL CALL:
Historic Preservation Commission Members: George Volker (Chair), Rod Burton (Vice-Chair), Dave Christensen, Marilyn Mastor, Sean Walbeck, Curt Carpenter, Sarah Campbell, Jim Talbot, and Jean Melious.


HISTORIC PRESERVATION COMMISSION
PUBLIC MEETING:

1. Georgia Pacific Buildings Adaptive Re-use Assessment: Progress Report to the Bellingham Historic Preservation Commission. The Port of Bellingham and consultant team Johnson Architecture + Planning will present the scope of work and assumptions, building assessment methodology, SDEIS status, work completed to date and next steps.

PUBLIC HEARING:
2. Review of three National Historic Register nominations for Historic Districts in the Lettered Street, South Hill, and York neighborhoods. (The City of Bellingham, as a National Certified Local Government (CLG), makes formal comment on such nominations.) The Historic Preservation Commission's recommendations will become part of the National review of these three districts.
