HISTORIC PRESERVATION COMMISSION WORKSESSION:

A. Report from the Fairhaven sub-committee.
B. Review of draft invitation and agenda for the meeting with the Mayor.
C. Review of draft HPC priorities (below).
D. Review of Landmark and Design applications (attached).

DRAFT HPC PRIORITIES:

1. Fairhaven Design Review
1A. Preservation of Planning, discuss with Mayor, etc.
2. Review application requirements
3. Proactive Outreach to Building Owners, information disseminations
4. Training on National Register Buildings
5. A Historic District Mock Run Through
