HISTORIC PRESERVATION COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING(S):

1. Special Valuation for the Waldron Building. This site is 1314 12th Street, the northwest corner of 12th and McKenzie. Assessor’s Parcel Number 370211 130076. Fairhaven Neighborhood, Neighborhood Commercial zoning. Applicant, Michael Sullivan, 253-572-4599 for Waldron Development LLC. LMK2007-00008.

2. A Certificate of Alteration application to remodel the YWCA Ballroom to include reconfiguring the doors into the kitchen. The site is 1026 N. Forest. Assessor’s Parcel Number 380331 171530. Sehome Neighborhood, Multiple-Family Residential zoning. Applicant, Carpenter Architects, 714-1808, for the YWCA. File Number LMK2007-00010.

3. A Design Review application to install a new neon sign and awning at Dirty Dan’s restaurant. The site is 1112 11th. Assessor’s parcel number 370201 119104. 4. Certificate of Alteration and City Center Design Review applications to remodel the Pacific Café, including major changes to the outside walls. The site is in the Mt. Baker Theatre Building, 100 N. Commercial, on the northeast corner of Commercial and Champion Streets. Assessor’s Parcel Number 380330 206223. CBD Neighborhood, Central Commercial zoning. 5. Special Valuation for the Roth Block, 1106 W. Holly Street. Assessor’s Parcel Number 380225 5513393. Lettered Streets Neighborhood, Residential-Multi, Multiple, Offices Allowed zoning. Applicant, Dave Bader 734-2340 for Parberry LLC. LMK2007-00009.
