HISTORIC PRESERVATION COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING(S):
1. Special Valuation for the Waldron Building. This site is 1314 12th Street, the northwest corner of 12th and McKenzie. Assessor’s Parcel Number 370211 130076. 2. A Certificate of Alteration application to remodel the YWCA Ballroom to include reconfiguring the doors into the kitchen. The site is 1026 N. Forest. Assessor’s Parcel Number 380331 171530. 4. Certificate of Alteration and City Center Design Review applications to remodel the Pacific Café, including major changes to the outside walls. The site is in the Mt.
