Historic Preservation Commission Members: George Volker (Chair), Rod Burton, Dave Christensen, Marilyn Mastor, Sean Walbeck, Curt Carpenter, Sarah Campbell, Jim Talbot, and Geoff Stodola.
HISTORIC PRESERVATION COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING(S):
1. A proposal to replace the dentil blocks and cornices on the Bellingham National Bank Building with high density polyurethane foam.
The Applicant is Peter Sutherland, RMC Architects, 676-7733 for Morris Piha. File Number DRC2007-00025
2. A remodel of the YWCA Ballroom (1026 N. Forest) to include reconfiguring the doors and cabinet into the kitchen
. The Applicant is Carpenter Architects, Curt Carpenter, 714-1808, for the YWCA. File Number LMK2007-000010
The staff report will be available after December 7, 2007 at the Planning Department in City Hall, address above. Anyone wishing to comment in favor of or in objection to the proposal is invited to send written comments to the Planning Department.
