I. Call To Order
The public hearing will be video-taped and both the hearing and worksession will be audio-recorded

III. Approval of Previous Meeting’s Minutes

IV. Public Comment Period
    Citizens may come forward and speak informally to the Planning Commissioners on any subject not listed on the agenda. EACH SPEAKER WILL BE ALLOWED A MAXIMUM OF THREE MINUTES TO ADDRESS THE COMMISSION. Speakers are not required to disclose their address and any written comments should be provided to the recording secretary.

V. Public Hearing:
    RESCHEDULED TO AUGUST 19th, 2010. Western Washington University has submitted an application for a site specific rezone and comprehensive plan amendment to change the land use designation of property within Area 1C of the Happy Valley Neighborhood from Residential, Multi, Multiple to Institutional. Area 1C of the Happy Valley Neighborhood Plan (HVNP) will be incorporated into area 2B.

VI. Worksession:
    To consider amendments to the York Neighborhood Plan and associated text amendments to BMC Title 20 - Land Use Development Ordinance.
