    PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD
    Citizens may come forward and speak informally to the Planning Commissioners on any subject not listed on the agenda. EACH SPEAKER WILL BE ALLOWED A MAXIMUM OF THREE MINUTES TO ADDRESS THE COMMISSION. Speakers are not required to disclose their address and any written comments should be provided to the recording secretary.

    APPROVAL OF PREVIOUS MEETING’S MINUTES

    PUBLIC HEARING

    ZON2009-00006: To consider an update to the Silver Beach Neighborhood Plan. The update includes a complete rewrite of the plan and possible changes to certain land use designations and zoning classifications within the neighborhood. Neighborhood plans are a component of the Bellingham Comprehensive Plan.

    Next Meeting: 2 Public Hearings on October 22, 2009 in City Council Chambers. Planning Commission will consider a proposed rezone and text amendment for Area 21 of CBD Neighborhood and to consider amendments to the boundaries of 4 northern neighborhoods.
