III. Approval of Previous Meeting’s Minutes

IV. Public Comment Period
Citizens may come forward and speak informally to the Planning Commissioners on any subject not listed on the agenda. EACH SPEAKER WILL BE ALLOWED A MAXIMUM OF THREE MINUTES TO ADDRESS THE COMMISSION. Speakers are not required to disclose their address and any written comments should be provided to the recording secretary.

V. Public Hearing
Consideration of the list of proposed amendments to the comprehensive plan. Six proposed amendments were received seeking changes to the following neighborhood plans: Puget, Central Business District, King Mt., Happy Valley, Mt. Baker, and Guide Meridian/Cordata. The Commission will make recommendations to the City Council regarding which of the proposed amendments should be docketed for review in 2010.
