    Tom Barrett, Jim Bishop, Sharon Robinson, Kurt Baumgarten, Edie Norton, Allen Matsumoto, and Danne Neill

    PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD
    Citizens may come forward and speak informally to the Planning Commissioners on any subject not listed on the agenda. EACH SPEAKER WILL BE ALLOWED A MAXIMUM OF THREE MINUTES TO ADDRESS THE COMMISSION. Speakers are not required to disclose their address and any written comments should be provided to the recording secretary.

    APPROVAL OF PREVIOUS MEETING’S MINUTES

    PUBLIC MEETING
      1. PRESENTATION: Introduction to the new Transportation Commission and the role it will play in the planning process.
        2. To review the scope of the required 2011 comprehensive plan update and the process that will be used to complete this project.
