BELLINGHAM PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION

Information on this topic will be available in the Planning and Community Development Department and at http://www.cob.org/web/commsnl.nsf at least one week prior to the hearing. There will be an opportunity for public testimony at the hearing, and written comments should be submitted no later than May 3, 2011 for consideration at the meeting. All comments submitted prior to or at the hearing will become part of the written record.

PUBLIC HEARING:

To consider proposed amendments to the Bellingham Municipal Code (BMC) section 20.38 regarding setback requirements within Residential and Industrial Planned zones for buildings, landscaping, parking areas and loading areas. Also, consideration of the proposed amendments to the landscaping section in BMC 20.12 necessary to coordinate with these changes.
