III. Approval of Previous Meeting’s Minutes

IV. Public Comment Period
    Citizens may come forward and speak informally to the Planning Commissioners on any subject not listed on the agenda. EACH SPEAKER WILL BE ALLOWED A MAXIMUM OF THREE MINUTES TO ADDRESS THE COMMISSION. Speakers are not required to disclose their address and any written comments should be provided to the recording secretary.
V. Public Hearing (s)
To consider the updates to the Guide Meridian/Cordata and Meridian Neighborhood Plans and zoning regulations that will do the following:
      1. Replace the existing Guide Meridian/Cordata Plan;
      2. Create new boundaries for the Meridian Neighborhood;
      3. Create a new Cordata Neighborhood;
      4. Eliminate the Cordata Business Park Planned Unit Development (PUD) zoning; and
      5. Align both neighborhood plans to be consistent with the City’s adopted Comprehensive Plan.
