    2. Approve/modify agenda
      3. Consider whether to establish a Bellingham Public Library Foundation or
        to establish a Bellingham Public Library non-endowed fund(s) with the Whatcom Community Foundation
          · Discuss options and decide
          · Establish a purpose statement
          · Establish an advisory group
          · Discuss sources for seed money
      4. Adjourn
