Chapter 18 LIVING WAGE

14.18.030 - ASSIGNEES / SUCCESSORS IN INTEREST

The minimum living wage requirement imposed by this chapter shall be binding upon the assignees and successors in interest of any service contract or related subcontract to which this chapter applies.
