19.04.090 - PARK IMPACT FEE SERVICE AREAS
A. City-wide service area: A single park impact fee service area will be created for city-wide park and recreational facilities to include the entire city. B. Local service areas: Local park and recreation facilities will be located in neighborhood service areas which may be oriented around neighborhood parks, elementary and middle schools, and similar sites.
