Chapter 70 MULTIMODAL TRANSPORTATION CONCURRENCY MANAGEMENT

13.70.030 - APPLICABILITY

A Temporary Certificate of Concurrency issued by the Public Works Department is required for a development permit application to be determined as complete for review by City staff.
