16.55.110 - COMPLETION OF THE CRITICAL AREA REVIEW
The Director shall make a determination as to whether the proposed activity and mitigation, if any, is consistent with the provisions of this Chapter. The Director’s determination shall be based on the criteria of Review Criteria [Section 16.55.200]. The City’s determination regarding Critical Areas pursuant to this Chapter shall be final and concurrent with the final decision to approve, condition, or deny the Critical Area Permit.
