16.80.130 - VARIANCES
Variances from this chapter shall be considered in accordance with the standards and procedures found in BMC 20.18 - Variance Procedure. In addition to these standards and procedures, all variance applications shall include a finding, prepared by a qualified professional, that no increase in phosphorous or fecal coliform loading will result from the approval of said variance.
