11.52.030 - CITY BLOCK SURROUNDING THE BELLINGHAM PUBLIC LIBRARY
The city block surrounding the Bellingham Public Library, for purposes of this chapter, shall be defined as the area described as follows: that one block area bounded by Central Avenue on the south, Grand Avenue on the west, Lottie Street on the north, and Commercial Street on the east, including but not limited to the streets and sidewalk immediately adjacent to the library.
