Title 20 LAND USE DEVELOPMENT
Chapter 52 VIOLATION/PENALTY

20.52.010 - MISDEMEANORS.

Any person violating any provision of this title shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $1,500.00.
