Chapter 08 BUSINESS LICENSES AND REGULATIONS--SERVICES AND AMUSEMENTS

6.08.331 - SIDEWALK VENDING-DEFINITIONS.

For the purposes of Section 6.08.330 through 6.08.341, the words set out in this section have the following meanings:

A. Conduct business means the act of selling services or personal property, including food items, for immediate delivery.

B. Sidewalk means the portion of the street between the curblines or the edge of a roadway and the adjacent property line.

C. License operating area means the sidewalk area for which a vending license has been issued.
