13.70.040 - TIMING OF CONCURRENCY REVIEW
A. A Temporary or Final Certificate of Concurrency must be in effect for the proposed project at the time of application for development permits. Non-exempt applications without a valid Certificate of Concurrency shall be considered an incomplete application. B. A Temporary Certificate of Concurrency shall expire 1 year after issuance unless a development permit application for the project has been submitted to the City and has been determined to be complete.
