Chapter 40 SHORELINES

16.40.020 - PERMIT PROCEDURE FOR SHORELINE SUBSTANTIAL DEVELOPMENT PERMITS, VARIANCES AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMITS UNDER THE SHORELINE MANAGEMENT MASTER PROGRAM.

Shoreline permit, conditional use and variance applications shall follow the procedures in BMC 21.10.
