Title 20 LAND USE DEVELOPMENT
Chapter 54 EFFECT

20.54.010 - VALIDITY

Should any section, clause, designation or provision of this ordinance be declared by the Courts to be invalid, the same shall not affect the validity of the ordinance as a whole or any part thereof, other than the part so declared to be invalid.
