Chapter 36 INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT

20.36.040 - DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS

A. Applicability. The regulations of this section shall apply to all permitted and accessory use construction within the Industrial General Use Type; except where the "planned" use qualifier is designated.

B. MINIMUM SITE AREA. Any lot of record.

C. Maximum Size/Density.


D. Lot Coverage and Open Space Requirements. None.

E. Height. No height restrictions, except for signs, see Section 20.36.100.

F. Minimum Yards. There shall be no minimum yards except when any industrial property abuts upon or is across a right-of-way from property of any residential, commercial, public, or institutional general use type, in which case a 25 foot yard shall be provided measured from any lot lines so abutting. This yard is not required when a parcel is developed with a residential multi component of three (3) or more dwelling units.
