16.55.020 - AUTHORITY
A. As provided herein, the Director of the Planning and Community Development Department (Director) is given the authority to interpret and apply, and the responsibility to enforce this Chapter to accomplish the stated purpose. B. The City may withhold, condition, or deny development permits or activity approvals to ensure that the proposed action is consistent with this Chapter. [Ord. 2005-11-092]
