Title 13 STREETS AND SIDEWALKS
Chapter 15 UTILITIES AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS FACILITIES LOCATED WITHIN CITY RIGHT-OF-WAY

13.15.130 - EMERGENCY REMOVAL OR RELOCATION OF FACILITIES

The City reserves the right to cut, alter, remove, or relocate any facilities located within the right-of-way as necessary on account of a public health or safety emergency.
